Shipping Policy

PACKAGING: We understand how important it is that you receive your products without a scratch! Therefore, we use a good amount of bubble wrap and stuffings to ensure your order reaches you safe with no damage. We give clear instructions to our delivery partners to handle all parcels with utmost care. All the products will be sprayed with disinfectant to ensure your safety as well :)

SHIPPING DAYS: Your order will be shipped the next day itself after placing an order.

DELIVERY TIME: In standard shipping your order will reach you within 7 working days max. (If you need expedited delivery please contact us using the "CONTACT" option below) 

Return Policy

We at Slayisha believe our customer should not have to compromise with damaged products or wrong products. It's an extremely rare case that a product comes damaged. We will arrange a pickup and ship you a replacement immediately the next day. All you'll have to do is shoot a video of unpacking the order (continuous/without cut) and send us the same day of delivery. Any product which is on sale with extreme discounts cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any order can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Please contact us to know if the product is shipped.

In any case, we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be automatically initiated after the 30th working day (from the date the order was placed)
